The buying process was great as there were many floors to pick from. Fred explained the difference between the floors and we decided on the Core Tech Plus. Dennis and his crew came and installed the floor in all the rooms except kitchen & Dining Room and Laundry room. The install included all the closets (walk-in & regular). They were amazing! They were quick, efficient, very careful and very pleasant. They installed the floor in a matter of hours and not days. We will be using them again for the tile in the remaining rooms.
