Reviews By Eric M. from Youngstown, Ohio, OH Posted Jul 17, 2015 Took a day off work to look for carpeting for my living room, hall and bedroom. Was told by a friend he had a good experience with Carpet Express and that I should go and ask for Leo. I Googled the business, found they were open at 9:30am and went there. Got to the building at 9:30 went to the door and nobody was there. Waited a while and called the phone number. When the person answered, I asked if they were open today. He told me they would be there in 30 to 40 minutes to drop something off and then would be leaving. I told him I was sitting outside the building and wanted to buy carpet. He said they were on erratic hours because they were swamped. I told him I would go elsewhere and, of course, he could care less. How they are swamped is beyond me if this is the way they treat customers. If they were the last carpet store on Earth, I would go hardwood flooring.
