They got to the point that they avoided my calls and emails completely. They hung up on me several times. Joe, the so called owner, was the worst of them all. Fortunately, I was able to take action through my credit card company to dispute the charge (still pending though). This was, handsdown, the worst customer service experience of my life. Now he is moving on to Osceola with a new showroom and a new group of victims to prey upon. He cannot hide from the internet or the law. I called them for an estimate but found out from the sales person that Joe Smith of Stellar Flooring is not even an Authorized Dealer for many products he claims to sell. I have hired an attorney because they opened a credit card in my name and charged $3600.00 to it before the job was even scheduled to be begin. I cancelled the job because the installers didn't show up when they were supposed to and the representatives at the Stellar office were rude and unprofessional. Joe Smith, the owner, claims to offer Top Notch customer service. He offers just the opposite. He is a crook and if you want to read true reviews about him and his business, Google Stellar Flooring.
