It's common sense for most listed but it makes you wonder by the tone of the ad and the willingness to only hire people at minimum wage of what kind of customer service you will get. And no, I'm not a former employee. I'm someone looking for work and will not work for an employer who sounds like an a$$ and only asking for minimum wage. This is one good reason unemployment is still high..... Flooring Installer Apprentice Wanted This position is entry level, minimum wage. If you have any of the following issues DO NOT respond to this add: * Blame everyone else for your problems * Meth addiction * No drivers license * No home address * Anger issues * Meth Addiction * Drinking problems * Severe stupidity (same mistakes over and over and you expect a different result) * Meth addiction * Really bad B.O. and Halitosis (if you don't know what halitosis is then don't respond) * 10-30 years of flooring experience (if you have that much experience and your willing to work as a helper then you suck or you have one of the above problems) We are looking for: * Again, this is an entry level position, minimum wage. * Someone that is self motivated, a thinker, problem solver, has hand skills and an attention to detail. * Someone who actually wants to learn a trade from professionals in the business. * Someone who is fairly clean cut, can form a sentence and read. * Someone who knows how to keep there mouth shut and not cause problems on the job sites. * Someone that is not addicted to Meth. * Someone who has their own transportation to and from work. (some hand tools wouldn't hurt) * Someone who has a current drivers license not a driving day permit. * Someone who speaks English.
