Reviews By Ray P from Littleton, CO Posted May 23, 2011 My house flooded on the main level, which was all hardwood. I called Above Parr for an estimate and was so impressed with Bryan, the owner, that I set the job on the spot! Not only did I have my entire main level sanded, but Above Parr also tore out and replaced my entry way and bathroom and added a beautiful medalion and border. My floor looks amazing and I have referred 5 of my friends to Above Parr. I will be using them again when I install floors on my upstairs this summer. Bryan's professionalism and customer service are indeed "Above Parr." By MichelleC from Aurora, CO Posted Jun 11, 2010 What should have been an absolutely gorgeous floor, relatively effortlessly done, turned into a nightmare! Owner made a mistake on measurements, ran out of wood at our entry way no less, and then tried to finish our floor by taking pre-finished wood (it was all originally raw wood to be stained and finished) and sanding it down, filling it, and then trying to say that it looked the same as the rest of the floor. (It did not) We spent HOURS arguing with him to make it right by removing it and replacing it with raw wood. Then we thought we were paying for a 3rd coat of polyurethane (Bona Traffic-great product), as the line item on our contract read and we had requested and he tried to say that the 3rd coat of polyurethane line item was part of the total 3 coats needed to finish a residental home. I believe he was try to recuperate the cost of his error. The floor will be beautiful when completed (three weeks from now when we're able to get the front entry way fixed Share Your Review Please note: all reviews are screened for spam and take 24-48 hours to be approved.
