Reviews  By chris sisk from plainfield, IL Posted Feb 27, 2010 they showed up late stood around. everytime i would come downstairs they would be smoking in the garage. I was told all the flooring would be done in one day and they left and it wasnt even half finished. The parts they did do were messed up, they didnt raise the trim and tried to hide cracked pieces of wood behind the quarter round pieces. The customer service wasnt helpful they wouldnt give any discounts and really didnt seem like they cared when they came to finish the job. And when they left for the day they left all their tools and materials all over it's my house not a job site. I strongley suggest going with any other company rather then luna. Try the yellow pages or your probally better off getting a bum off the street.
