They did an estimate for us on a commercial flooring job. The job was approved and we called them to arrange scheduling. They assured us on multiple phone calls that they would meet our scheduling deadline. After missing this deadline and making us look like idiots to our client, their response was, "I guess we aren't interested in the job then."
